Tara did a great job with my shy 3 year old. She made him comfortable and did a great job on his hair. We will be back again for his next cut :)

I drove by on a Sunday and noticed lights on. I went in just to see if I could get my 12 year old a quick cut. I was away working all week, and work Monday. His grade 6 graduation was coming Tuesday. They were only open that day to get young ladies ready for prom. I told her the situation and she got my boys hair cut before her next prom appointment. I just want you know how much I appreciate that, that you went out of your way to do that for me. Thanks so much!!

Got my hair done today by Rachel and I'm in love with the results ! Best hair experience I've had in years!!

I've been here 4 times now. Same stylist the first few times. Her name was Sam and her cut was great - she was a good conversationalist. My second stylist was Lynne who was also great - not as much a conversationalist but thats ok, me neither. I also understand a lot of the stylists are on their feet for like 12hrs some days - so have some compassion people. I have loved ones who do this work so I get it and always tip well (unless its bad of course). I just got a Men's cut but it was much better than a barbershop I went to before. I think I'll be returning to this spot mostly. I can't wait until the masks are gone for customers though - we get a mouth full of hair eck!Overall: great experience

Second time seeing kendle and she did my hair exactly how I wanted ! I’m always happy after seeing her, and she always asks if you have a budget you’d like to stay under which is so awesome :) highly recommend for literally anything you want done to your hair!

I have been a customer for a long time but over the last few years, the quality has declined so much that I won’t be back. I had a terrible experience with a stylist not listening to me at all (I wanted a good few inches cut for the summer and she cut “just an inch” so I could “keep it long” despite me telling her repeatedly that I wanted more cut.I decided to try again (almost a year later) and specifically went with a master stylist hoping for a better outcome. I had 8+ inches coming off and wanted to donate it but she said it wasn’t long enough, then cut about 1/3 of it before washing so I couldn’t even keep the hair. I was in the chair for barely 20 minutes. The cut seemed incredibly rushed and while I’m happy it’s finally shorter, the layers are choppy and not well-blended and the whole shape is just kind of meh. Definitely not what I would have expected from a master stylist - and not worth the $100 I spent.That said, Monique is amazing and offered to rectify my first poor experience with another cut, free of charge. I appreciate her help but I just can’t trust the quality of the stylists at this point.It’s disappointing because I really liked the salon but I will have to start looking elsewhere to get a proper cut.

Monique was very accommodating with my last minute request for a cut ! She was able to get an appointment with Samantha and she did it again… Sam listened to what I wanted. She did a wonderful layered cut and kept the length I requested. I will be back and request for her again…

I go every 6 weeks to see my Stylist and I absolutely love her. She listens to what I ask of her and she offers solutions to any issues I may have. If you want or need a change I highly recommend you go see Tara-Lynn, she is AMAZING!!

I brought my daughter and to have her hair trimmed her hair was fairly long I couldn’t stay for the cut. But my daughter had a haircut previously and I wasn’t present it was exactly what I communicated so I didn’t fear that there would be an issue. In addition to this my daughter clearly communicated while I was present what she wanted. I pick my daughter up to way shorter hair then we asked for. My daughter stated that the stylist had achieved what she asked for buy must’ve made an error because then she proceeded to cut her hair shorter and shorter to correct said error. when I picked her up she kept saying take me home take me home take me home because she was so upset . my daughter was the most upset because she said mom she is supposed to know what she’s doing this is her job I trust that. Hair make grow but it takes time so now my daughter has to give her hair time to grow and deal with the repercussions of the stylist actions. The damage has been done and now my daughter is left to try to channel her confidence for the time being when she’s clearly so unhappyI do want to thank Monique as she is trying to make a effort to fix things
