On Friday July 5th, I ordered a Taxi at 2:09 pm. The Dispatcher said the taxi will be there in 5 minutes. I went downstairs & outside & waited but no City Taxi showed up. I called City Taxi back at 2:30 pm & they told me they couldn't find a driver. I though how odd. So I called BECK and a driver was there in 3 minutes.

One of the worst taxis and services I've ever used. Took 35min just to get a cab when I was told 5 - 10mins. And, to make things better, the cab driver tried to lie about my fair and tell me it was $15 when I could clearly see on the iPad he was using it was $10. When I told him he laughed and just said Ha ha okay okay

Two people named Ali and Brar who hit and damaged my car. They hit my car in December and told me that if I didn't go to the insurance they would pay for it, whichever one I called led me to the other. I had my car repaired for $2000 and paid for it. I met with their manager three times but never got paid. Taxi number 702.I went to work by bus for a week. I lost my time and money. And because of these kinds of people, my trust in people has been lost, and I hope you will find your punishment from God.

WARNING!!!! I took this taxi home last night and my card was swapped for a fake by the driver. I was unaware until he had already left and they attempted to withdrawal all money from my account. DO NOT GET IN THESE TAXIS THEYRE A SCAM!!!! Below is a picture of the car that drove us

I'll get right to the point: if you want your loved one who has a disability to get to a medical appointment at all, DO NOT use or place any ounce of reliance on this pitiful excuse of a company.My injured and disabled grandmother received a confirmation one week ago for an accessible taxi from them today to get to a medical appointment and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND NOT AN OUNCE OF COMPASSION WAS SHOWN! Shame on you! AND shame on us if we are okay with disabled loved ones being treated the way these crooks treat them. This place operates like a company in a tenth world country.You have been warned!!

Nasty cab driver was parked outside Humber river hospital and he walks inside the front reception area and trims his fingernails. Utterly disgusting. He left the nail trimmings on the floor.

Terrible service and work ethic! Pre-booked a wheelchair accessible taxi, had a confirmation number and NO taxi showed up! Not even a courtesy call to say that they had nothing available any longer for us. Wasted our time and efforts to get my disabled dad ready. DISAPPOINTED, Ready and WAITING FOR NOTHINGIf I could put a zero rating that would be more suitable.

I took two city taxis a few hours apart. The first driver was excellent and kind. He drove us from our hotel to a restaurant. The meter was on and the charge was only $15 because it was a short distance, less than 3 km.Two hours later we called the same company and the driver tried to charge us $38 for the exact same ride. He said he was an airport taxi and the other taxi wasn’t even though it was from the same company. We told him the price we paid a few hours earlier and he said we could pay him whatever we wanted. So we paid what we paid the other driver including a tip.

Friendly, courteous, and I always ask that drivers wear a mask when I book a ride- and only once was I told “I have the freedom to breathe” even though I have Long Covid and am safer if both the driver and myself wear a mask. Otherwise I’d give them 4 stars!

Wow, I am impressed! We are in the middle of the worst snow storm yet this winter in Toronto. I wasn't sure how I was going to get home today, I called for a cab but honestly the weather conditions are so bad, I wasn't sure if anyone would even show up. Not only did my cab arrive relatively quickly but my driver got me home safe and sound and the ride was affordable too! My driver was also very polite and professional. I hope he also gets home safely and I want to thank him for the great service!
