I had the pleasure of working with Darren, who represents the buyers of Tara's clients' homes for sale. At first I wasn't sure who I should work with in Wakaw, but Darren came to every home I was interested in and gave his honest opinion. After a while of home searching, he knew a certain home was going on the market that would be PERFECT for me. He suggested I come take a look without photos and I instantly fell in love. I made an offer on the house and he walked me through buying my first house. I'll be honest, being a 24 year old single woman buying her first home was intimidating. Without him, I don't think I would have found my dream home! He has still kept in touch with me after the possession date of my house and even made sure the offer covered plumbing issues (which there were MANY plumbing issues, so thanks Darren!) Tara priced the house as advised, the price generated a bidding war and sold for 10k over list and was sold in less than 3 days. Before the house went up for sale, she came over and advised us what she felt that would make it stand out. We followed her advise and Bingo, house sold.
