Fantastic restaurant with a very unique interior layout. Service was excellent and wait staff ensured our glasses stayed filled throughout the evening. Shared a tomahawk steak which was well seasoned (maybe a little too seasoned) and came with a variety of veggies. Definitely a great date night restaurant, would recommend.

Excellent steak house. Perfectly cooked and served food. The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff is accommodating. The servers are very professional with their style of service. I haven't visited all the steak houses in Toronto, but I am sure this place might be among the best steakhouse restaurants in the city.

Came here for my friend's birthday. The staff was nice and accommodating and service was fast.For the price, I would say it was decent and comparable to other steakhouses and the meat was cooked well. Flavour-wise, it's not anything special and I've had better steaks at other places. The house fries were good though.

Great food and service! Ambience was perfect for a date night. We got the NY strip and ribeye, both were cooked perfectly the way we wanted. Highly recommend the baklava cheesecake, our server Chris suggested it and he was so right! Chris was incredible and elevated our experience. Will be back again.

First time going to David Duncan House. Food is excellent. Service is even better. Had a great experience overall. I ordered the RibSteak with onion rings and broccolini. For starters we had the seafood salad, with scallops and baked Feta. For dessert you must try the baklava cheesecake. Excellent and authentic! My only complain… cappuccino was not good.

Service here was excellent! We started with some fresh house garlic bread, which was very fluffy. Then we got the baked feta, which was okay, pretty cheesy and a heavy appetizer. For mains, we got the seafood platter for 2, which we couldn't finish. The highlight of the dish was the lobster tail. We also tried the lamb chops, which came with a potato cake and broccolini. They were alright, not too gamey. Also got a side of fries. Our servers surprised us with a free slice of cake for my partner and I's anniversary. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place for good food and ambience.

I had the most amazing experience at David Duncan House. The food was top quality and prepared to perfection. Our servers James and Chris were attentive and charming. We had a party of 11 so it took a while for us to finish. I understand that they were closing, so we were really appreciative of their patience with us. Everything about this place was perfection.

This is definitely one of my favourite steak house in the city. Love the atmosphere, very test fully decorated with classic antique vibe. Service always been top notch! Servers are already friendly and frequently checks up on you even when it’s busy. Their steaks are excellent and always cooked to perfection! And their crème brûlée is probably one of the best I ever had! Not to mention their prices are cheaper than those high-end steaks houses in downtown.

I came here for a Spring Mingle and I was amazed by the quality of food and service we received.There’s plenty of parking spots available at the back. Unfortunately, the patio wasn’t opened up yet when we came here; but, both inside and patio are great for gatherings, dine-in, anniversaries and weddings. The house is spreading to 5 floors, with the bar located on 3rd floor (the same as entrance) and private rooms on floor 3, 4 and 5.Bartenders are very creative and nice. Our dinner came with a three course prix- fixe menu. I had Calamari Fritti for appetizer; calamari was crispy and cooked perfectly. For entrée, I tried their Chicken Supreme; so tender and juicy with the side of veggies and baked potatoes. And Chocolate Torte with Coffee was an amazing finale of our night.Our servers were also very nice, friendly and helpful, which made our night perfect.

Lovely experience here. My husband and I attended a dinner presentation here yesterday and the service was amazing, food was wonderful. I had their mocktails, chocolate mousse cake, salad, baked chicken for dinner and my husband had the cheesecake, and calamari fritti.We will definitely come back to try the other dishes. The calamari was delicious!!
