Super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them for your needs. I was in the market looking for a bike, and checked around in Scarborough, Markham and Pickering. A good buddy of mine from my old work, told me about this place and that I should check it out. I went there and after talking to the staff, letting them know what I was looking for and what they recommend. They showed me a few models and what they think what I wanted. After 30 minutes with them, it's shows that they really care for my needs and what I was looking for. I've narrowed down onto one model, and not only purchased it but bought a few extra things with. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I purchased a 2023 Surron LBX and Gray was my salesman. He was amazing to deal with and he was a super nice and chill dude and so was Andrew! Highly recomend Super E Bikes Barrie!! Thank you Gray, Andrew and the guy who got my bike ready for me within an hour of me calling to see if it was in stock. Couldnt be happier!!

Went to look at E-bikes as I wanted for awhile. Friendly staff try to show you the basics and show what's best for you. Ended up getting a great deal on a awsome bike. Had it delivered and I am enjoying the freedom very much.Only issiue I had was when the bike arrived the brakes were very soft and was able to push the bike and roll the wheels with brakes on hard. Easy to adjust but other then that no problems!

Best business EVER!!! The customer support is bar none they genuinely care about there customers and try to make them feel like friends not just another sale. Ive personally never even been in the store but have been given dozens of pictures and hours of there time on the phone pushing above and beyond to get me my bike and delivered to my door I can assure anyone even remotely considering buying a bike or anything else similar to not even think twice about going to andrew and sal these guys are what business owners should be and i will forever appreciate whats been done for me and continue to support there business

Did not have a good experience. Also reading through reviews, all Andrew does it argue with individuals who leave a negative review. Instead of arguing Andrew should be taking the initiative and helping customers by providing helpful service that solves the issue. This to me shows lack of professionalism at the Barrie location.Response to Andrew:What a mess. I don’t know who Daniel is nor did I ever come into the store with him??? Learn your customers and start doing your business better Andrew.

Ladies and gentleman.... I'm now the proud owner of a surron light bee x and I owe it all to gray! The whole process took 1 day from the phone call to inquire to picking it up. Bought a new Scooter from this company on Essa Road in Barrie. #200.The people were very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions about the Scooter. The Scooter runs great ,everything about it I like. I have a 60v20ah battery. I get about 60 k per charge.
