Lots of electronic parts and tools, good selection of Hammond enclosures, including non-standard shapes. Lots of bulk wires, only place in the area that sells 22AWG solid core wire. Prices are in the average for most things, the service is good, and the staff knowledgeable.

Refund policy is 0. Workers and boss have smug attitude and will not take kindly on any complaints. Basically, they don't care about you once they have sold you an item. You always feel like they treat you like their dumb customer.Service is also always jammed. Cannot get a hold of someone.Product selection is almost decent.Hopefully not going back.

Rude 5 standing n talking have not the right products.Long to get served.Long at single cash out.Attitude first time.Went back n service was good but cash out was longMan dragged his but n didn't move.Was confused n gave attitude.When I ask for manager he tried giving me his keys , he was the managerOhhh noooo. I hope that hed office will take care of him.Reminder : it's all cheaper on eBay or Amazon. I went there to encourage local stores. But not next time

I went side this huge magasin, I walk around for five minutes. I was looking for a specific security camera. No one came to help me, actually I didn’t find a one to help me. One person was at the cash with a long waiting line. Customer is not their priority and it’s sad for the business.

Despite what the other reviews say, I have never had a problem here. Service has been pretty good and the employees are knowledgeable and helped me buy the correct items I needed. Most items are priced well. There aren't any places that compare if you need some electronics or cabling.***update*** that was years ago. I have since had several horrible experiences there. I have dropped the rating to 2 stars. I won't give them another chance.
