April 07/2023 UPDATE: They are listed under Skip as able to deliver and we've had it before (obviously). We were going to try again without the outrageously tiny deep dish pizza. They called to say that in fact they cannot deliver and asked US to cancel the order. We will not be trying again.Flat bread was okay. Only received half, didn't realize a half order was an option, especially at nearly $8. The Chicago deep dish is absolutely tiny. The tomato sauce wasn't great. The jalapeno poppers are store bought, but fine. I ordered a chocolate milk and didn't receive it. A disappointing small order for three people. We ordered for three, and the third person couldn't have a meal out of it. My husband and I split it.

We got some chicken fingers for the kids and a poutine...and it was very delicious!! Definitely a good spot when you're hungry.

the staff are so rude, specially the main cashier. only cares about the money, condescending. my friend was sick and he threw him out in even tho we had bought 2 poutines. he closes the bathroom, saying it’s out of order when it’s not. he doesn’t treat customers the way they should. the old employees were so kind but the new ones are just so rude and entitled. responce to pisanos reply: the common denominator here is that the one indian guy (not sure what his name is nor do i care) is the problem!!! all the bad reviews are because of him, he is constantly rude to everyone. he didn’t try to give him medication at all, they were laughing at him. they kicked him out and we’re not kind at all.

Wow! I have heard about this restaurant from clients at work and I finally got to try it..... and I'm truly impressed! My boyfriend and I got the Kd burger, Ez cheesey philly, and the Breakfast poutine, the large poutine is hugeeeee!! We couldn't even get threw half of it between us. The burger bun was super soft and the meat had a sweet bbq taste, it was super messy but totally worth it :p The Philly was also great but a lot of cheese! Next time I would order just the original but the cheese sauce is to die for, it's truly amazing. The poutine was also stellar! 10/10!! The staff was also very friendly

Huge disappointment. Ordered 2 burgers, large poutine and onion rings for takeout from Bath Rd Pisano's. I told them on the phone it was our first time ordering and they sure didn't act to impress. When l placed the order, l specifically asked them to make sure the burgers were fully cooked with no pink in them. The expensive burgers were both undercooked and terrible. The poutine and onion rings were mediocre at best. Waste of $43.25. Will be our first and last time ordering from Pisano's!

My husband is from Philly and we both got cheesesteaks from here to see how close it would be to the real deal. Long story short, this place hits the nail on the head! You simply will not find a more authentic Philly cheesesteak in town - everything from the bread to the meat is 100% the way it should be. The fries are also fantastic and have a great potato skin outside to them without being dry or hard. Delivery driver was very fast and friendly too. We'll definitely be ordering again and recommending to our friends!

Placed an order via Skip, got called back because they refused to deliver the order, then wanted me to go through and do all the work cancelling it. Argued with me when I told them that if I was going to be inconvenienced by them they'd have to do the work and actually cancel the order. Hung up without confirming they had canceled it. Overall rude and awful customer service. Would give 0 stars if possible. Save your money and order from literally anywhere else.

Fries were soggy but burnt (reheated maybe?), cheesesteak was even more soggy. The bread felt wet and squishy to touch. Even if it had tasted good (which it most definitely did not), the texture was enough for me to not go back. May as well have thrown $20 into the wind.

I came to pick my order. The guy who was working there was very rude to another customer. There’s a girl came to pick the order as well and i was also there. The guy who giving the order was very rude I don’t know why. The girl was on phone and the person who working there yell on her that you should pick the order rather than talking over the call. This is not a good customer service. The owner of this restaurant should take these things seriously to properly train their employees on customer service. That was an indian guy who need to get train on customer service. Really bad way of talking.
