I had a bad experience with your sales staff when I tried a place an order in person and was told that they were booked for 2 weeks . I requested a deceiver after that w 2 week delay however the sales guy refused to take my order which I didn't understand why. I then requested for a quote about my square footage and was told that there's no need to give me a price since he's not taking my order. I just want to make it clear to you that every customer is equally important, I felt like I was being pushed away since I look very young and a person of colour. I live in the neighbourhood and I will not be using your service. The competition is 3 minutes from your location.
