This should be everyone’s first stop when looking for appliances. Knowledgeable staff, great availability to avoid wait times and great delivery service. Have purchased a washer/dryer and now a refrigerator and both experiences have been great - even though years apart. Keep up the good work!

My washer broke on Wed and we went in to CAS who had items in stock. Ruby & Joanne were so kind and sweet, and had a new order ready for us in minutes. We had a new washer installed by Fri afternoon. Delivery guys were friendly and respectful. Very pleased with our experience.

A mixed experience, but overall positive. The online storefront has excellent information but we found the sales person quite pushy. We ended up buying in store, and that sales person was fantastic.The delivery crew was amazing, very cheerful and helpful. We would definitely shop here again, but do the actual buying in person.

We purchased a dishwasher and knew what we wanted. They had the model in stock and delivery was within two days. The sales process was straightforward and not pushy at all. The sales person was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I did the installation myself which was relatively easy when following the comprehensive instructions. The price was competitive. Overall we would recommend this store.

Sales experience was a positive one. Delivery was outstanding. The two gentleman were friendly and efficient. They both took pride in their work and gave extra care to get everything up and running smoothly. Highly recommend.

I purchased a washer and dryer complete with install. The purchase process was good, however, the team that delivered damaged my wall when taking the machines down to the laundry room. They hooked up the washer to the water source and didn't tighten them properly nor did they test the machine. By the time I escorted them out of the house and headed to the laundry room there was water pooling on the floor and the carpet was soaked. I turned off the water and began the cleanup. Thank goodness I went straight down to the laundry room as I can only imagine the damage that would have been done if I hadn't. Today, 2 days later, another team came to fix the hook up. They said that the hose weren't tight and could see that the machine hadn't been tested. They tightened the hook up, secured the drain hose and tested the machine. The wall damage has yet to be addressed.

Firstly Joanne was awesome. She was very knowledgeable on the products. She gave her opinion but also listened to us and answered our questions. She kept a close eye on inventory for the delayed delivery dates we had. Fast forward to the delivery the two gentleman who came where very fast and thorough. Our appliances were delivered without incident and look amazing. Overall good experience and would recommend.

They were professional and expedient in our dealing with them. The Sales person was knowledgeable and provided what we needed. She assisted with any and all questions/concerns.The only concern that I would suggest is the extended warranty they offer. Please research carefully online reviews of this 3rd Party company that you purchase the extended warranty from. Satisfy that they have a good service reputation.

Timely delivery of appliances in perfect condition. Delivery staff worked efficiently and politely. Took away all packaging. Quick and easy for me to enjoy new refreshed kitchen .
