What a rude bunch of people run this store!!! MY GOD!!......ask any question to any of the staff at this store, you will be amazed by the rude answers you will get!! Seems to be a trend on all reviews here in Google about this store....just go somewhere else!

Horrible customer service received today. Was not even acknowledged or neither did one of the two associates decided to say hello or even a goodbye at the end of my visit. When it was time to pay the associate made me feel as if I was a fly on the wall. Then she wanted my email address to input into their database I said “no” from there on I was not told my totals, or even a good bye. She literally did not say one word to me, handed the bag and that was all super rude! Cant find her associate ID on my receipt, however my purchase was done on 12-11-20 at 15:38pm.

Worst customer experience ever. It’s crazy. I laughed about the poor reviews before I came. Very, very accurate. Stores want to know why Amazon is taking over? Prime example.

These two girls working on this store are literally killing the business. Both of them are so arrogant and rude that nobody feels likes to welcome here as well as I don't think anyone will come back for the second time. No smile on faces, no greetings, no thankings, nothing. But the real problem is with the management in which these girls got trained under. By looking into the other reviews about this store's staffs behaviour I feels like they don't give a damn. Its a new year and the way these two girls treating cutomers is beyond poor level

So today when I went to exchange my daughter dress to a different size I accidentally took off the tag. She was checking the dress and there was a faded stain that I didn't notice. The service representative was acting like I did that on purpose and didn't apologize that I couldnt do the exchange and I had my debit card ready so I could be refunded there. Instead she gave me cash with out asking me. She might be right but if she wants people to shop there you better treated that like a valuable customer.

Found the ladies working to be a bit rude and unenthusiastic. I was being very polite and friendly to the lady cashing me out and she didnt even smile once. I mean c'mon, as someone who also works retail I know that some days it sucks, especially around the holidays but it is literally your job to be friendly.

Very rude and non co-operative staff. I went to return a watch on Monday that we bought on Saturday and sales lady very rudely said it can't be returned because it was worn and the tag was off. It was not worn and we just tried to program the time on it which was very frustrating. I thought we might have gotten a faulty one that's why went to exchange it. Even if it could not be returned she could have been more polite and less arrogant. Would not go back to this store!
