Best customer service ever! Ricki's in my opinion has the BEST blazers and cardigans, and I am excited to try the pants! - and the customer service is simply phenomenal. It is one of the main things that keep me going back :) Special shoutout to the ladies Kelly, Taylor, and Lynda today who are always so outstanding! Until next time ;)

I like the products and the staff is great however now that cleo and rickis are together the store is much too crowded and its difficult to really see anything. Ithink you need more space!

Friendly staff. I lucked out by being able to get an item which was a return by another patron. The website stated that there were a few pairs of a particular pair of shorts, which apparently didn’t show up at the store. The clerk was amazing in finding what I wanted and did a check in the back to make sure that there weren’t extras.

Best customer service ever!!! After being disappointed all day about not being able to find a dress for my work Christmas party, the staff at this store made me feel like a million dollars. I found a gorgeous dress! One girl in particular made me feel so good about myself. Thank you Sandra for all your help! Will definitely be shopping here more often!

The employees kept following me and asking me things. It would have been okay if its one time, but they did it for five times. I know they want to help the customers but I mean asking someone five times if they want help even though I kept saying I’m okay, that’s stupid. The other employee would ask first then a different one would ask in like 5 min. I came there to buy a gift for my mom but I never imagined to be treated this way. I mean in Canada of all places. I hope no one experiences this type of racism. Those two employees should not work in that place if this is how they treat customers.

Kye was so very helpful on finding me the perfect outfit for going out and meeting my boyfriend’s family. She was so very kind and supportive and VERY understanding with my taste in fashion and occasion. She was so beyond nice and you could tell she really cared about how I felt with clothes. I will DEFINITELY be back! Your staff is incredible! Kye definitely deserves recognition!
