Shannon does an absolutely amazing job with anything she sets out to do. Her kitchens, shop and new clothing line are beyond beautiful( I can’t get enough.. you can never have too many clothing pieces or adorable home decor items from here). Shannon is wonderful to work with and her adorable store has a wonderful atmosphere with amazing customer service. I would recommend Freeborn&co to everyone and anyone!!!

We recently gutted our kitchen and had Freeborn + Company do the design and build of a new one; including a giant island that we had always hoped for, but never thought would work with our layout.Building a custom kitchen is always overwhelming, but the experience and professionalism of Shannon, Agata, Teara, and Devin made the entire process stress-free.From design to finish, they take into account all the minor details of making things beautiful and perfect. And they work with the client to make sure it's all completed within budget, while exceeding expectations.We now have a gorgeous kitchen, with that giant island, and have had many compliments from friends and family.Would highly recommend Freeborn + Company to anyone looking at a small to large kitchen renovation.

We worked with Shannon and the FCO team this past summer for our kitchen renovation. From the first moment I spoke with Shannon I was very impressed with her professionalism, vision, and attention to detail. Shannon is innovative, incredibly attentive, and always willing to talk through a variety of ideas. Shannon listened to all of our hopes and wishes for the new kitchen and came up with a design that we never would have thought of on our own. Along the way she went out of her way to help us with every detail and decision. The installation process was wonderful as well. When looking for a kitchen we explored ALL options. I would look at Freeborn & Co’s Instagram page for design inspiration, assuming it was way out of our financial reach. I decided to get a quote and am so happy I did.Shannon worked within our budget and offered invaluable advice on where to splurge and where to save. She made use of every square inch of space and turned our small kitchen into my storage dream. I wouldn’t change a thing.She also made sure we were happy with everything from start to finish and she always ensured everyone involved was giving 100%.We do not have words to express how happy we are with Freeborn & Co!!! I recommend them to everyone.

Shannon is great to work with. She is personable, understanding, and generous with her time and support. Shannon has created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere at the Freeborn and Co. studio/shop. We had our Kitchen done from Freeborn + Company not quite 2 years ago.Our cabinets are falling apart and we now we will be paying out of pocket to fix them. Do not Hire this Company!We recommend Birdseye Woodwork in London. Professional, amazing workmanship done by the owners. All Shannon's work is Sub contracted out.REPLYShannon, your save face explanation is packed full of lies. You wouldn't even come to our house to finish the initial install of our range hood. We were left to fix it ourselves after repeated failed attempts to contact you about it. You were made aware of the inadequate install and deficiencies as my wife posted specific pictures of the absolute poor quality SEVEN months ago. You chose not to respond. Lifetime warranty means nothing when you ignore customers.

I asked the brand of a light fixture they had posted for sale on their website. Their response: “We don’t give that information out. We’re a store.” ….. What? Yes, you’re a store. So be prepared to answer questions about your products. The brand shouldn’t be a secret. Either they’re new to running a shop or this was an AI chatbot response gone wrong. Either way, they then simply told me to have a good night.

I have worked with Freeborn + Company on both personal and professional projects. Shannon has worked with me on projects for Make-A-Wish Southwestern Ontario on multiple occasions. We have completed two bedroom makeovers for two young wish kids, and she has also generously donated prizes for our fundraising events. Shannon is an incredibly hard working, driven individual who creates stunning spaces that are both beautiful and functional. I have also purchased a number of products from her shop that I was incredibly happy with. Her shop is a beautiful and welcoming space where you can take the time to check out the unique decor she has available for purchase. She also puts on fantastic events for people in the community, like her Christmas urn classes. She is an incredibly resourceful person, who uses her passion for creating and design to bring to life a stunning outcome in each project she works on. I highly recommend following her on social media, to see her projects from start to finish, learn tips and be inspired! If you are looking to revamp your home or shop for unique decor finds, she is your girl!

I had my kitchen fully remodeled by Shannon and her husband, the entire process was a blessing from start to finish. All questions and concerns were dealt with promptly. Shannon was there for us to walk us though every process and helped guide me to my perfect dream kitchen! Not only could they help me in making my dream kitchen but to top it off her store has/had every little trinket imaginable to pick out and pair ( for every room) and give it the finishing touch i was looking for! Thank you Shannon and Devon for all your devotion and professionalism throughout our long but worthwhile journey together! i would recommend this team to ANYONE and EVERYONE
