When travelling we will only use Frank. The service is impeccable, he is always incredibly prompt picking us up and the vehicle is beautiful and spotless. If you need a limousine definitely call Frank, you will never be disappointed because he’s the best!! Highly recommend!

I have been a customer since 2011 and have had only positive experience with Ancaster Limousine. I had some bad experiences with Toronto based companies so switched to a local one and I haven't had problems with late pickups since.I've used Ancaster Limousine extensively and they come always on time with a clean car and provide a polite and professional drive; everything I expect in a 1st class limo service.I agree that I can't understand the 1st review from an anonymous reviewer at all; have to wonder if the review was for the correct company.

Frank was a gentleman to deal with. Arrived a few minutes early and was right on time to pick me up at Pearson right after my trip.Very friendly. Comfortable Town Car and first class service. Great value for money. I won’t use any other service now.

Frank was on time both departure and arrival to PIA. Clean Lincoln, fresh bottled water available (appreciated after trans-Atlantic flight). Within moments was right there for pickup outside the terminal on arrival. Will definitely use Frank in the future.

Frankie and Ancaster Limousine on very few hours notice after hours got me to Toronto Island Airport for my early morning flight. On the return flight to Pearson International, I walked out of Gate A to Frankie's friendly greeting and his Limo waiting my occupancy in a perfect relaxing climate. In a last minute business trip, Frankie was all business too, like he was my personal chauffeur! Thanks Frankie.
