I bought my mattress here, the salesmen was super friendly, gave me enough time to think about it. I took like more than 1 hour to make decision.. however this men stood there with smile on his face all the time. Awesome place with 4 parking spots on the side. Much better customer service than other place. Other place I went, the salesmen did not even say hi or talked to me.

I will never shop at this location again. The original salesman made me believe that I had to put a deposit on the mattress to ensure I got a discount. Little did I know, this discount was readily available at many other locations. I put a $100 deposit down. The next day I decided I did not want to move forward with the purchase. I called in for a refund. The gentleman said it was processed and we moved on. 15 days later I still have not received any credit. I left a message. No response. I called in again and the gentleman told me he received my message (but failed to call me back). He proceeded to tell me that a credit was only issued on Jan 31 (I called in Jan 15 to refund my purchase....). I absolutely do not trust these salespeople and would recommend going to another store to make your purchases. I am not filing a dispute with visa.

Mohammed is really knowledgeable about the products. Once I told him my needs, he recommended the two most suitable mattresses for me to try (not the most expensive ones though). And he took his time to find me the best deal available from the warehouse sale. Unfortunately, I need to do a size exchange after delivery. His coworker is also extremely helpful and pleasant during Mohammed's day off when I called back. Will return to this location for sure.

Sleep Country boasts a commitment to customer satisfaction and they definitely deliver. Picked out a mattress, had it delivered and within a few months it started to sag. Over the course of a year, the indentation grew so we contacted customer service and they gave us some photo requirements and measurements that we had to provide (the toughest part) but their follow up was great and they immediately honored the guarantee.We went back and chose a similar bed and were assured that if we had any problems, they would replace it, too. To quote their advertising, why buy a mattress anywhere else?" Very satisfied with their service!"

The in-store service was very good -- thoughtful, efficient, friendly.the delivery far less so -- I was called the morning of the delivery with a 3-hour window - I said that no one could be at home for the first hour of this window, and I was assured the driver would be so informed. I received a call from the driver a short while later saying hey was just minutes from our home - I told him we were not at home, and that I had been assured that he would have been told about this - he had not - he was abrupt, said he had no idea whether he could rearrange the delivery for later in the day, that he would call back, which he never did - I called the store where we'd purchased and asked them to contact the driver to determine whether we had to stay in the rest of the day, but the salesman said he had no way of reaching the driver. All to say, this is not the kind of word-of-mouth that any business wants to encourage.

I have no issues with the sales person. He did his job well. The delivery team is what lost you two stars. When the delivery guys arrived one put booties on and the second on just took of his boots. His sock feet were wet and left marks all across the living room, up the starts, down the hall and in the primary bedroom. All of this had to be washed to eliminate the very noticeable marks.

An absolutely fantastic experience. Anjum could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helped organize everything in no time. A perfect shopping experience.

I had a great experience with sleep country, the staff at the store were very helpful and answered all my questions. the delivery guys were amazing, fast and very friendly. I love my new mattress.

We bought a mattress at the Yonge and Summerhill store, then a bed and an amazing pillow. Mohammed took care of us in an incredible way, he should be promoted, truly nice guy. Took his time, no pressure and truly good recommendations. We got all the order on time and together (despite ordering the bed a few days later then the mattress), the guys who deliver and put together the bed were very nice and did a good job. Truly recommend this store and products. Glad I got rid of my Endy mattress! :)

Sales person took his time and clearly explained the many aspects about decision making on buying a bed ... and was extremely helpful with me making the final decision ... also, certainly did his utmost to give me the best price
