Great crew, excellent customer service, good food!

I have sailed with several cruise lines but none of them have ever come near to being as amazing as Disney Cruise line!!! The customer service has always been top notch, there are so many restaurants and the food is delicious no matter where you go. No matter how young or old you may be, Disney cruise will have something just for you!!!

We would remember our wonderful time on Disney cruise!

Disney Wonder cruise from Vancouver to Alaska was the best trip I have had. From the crew, the services, the shows, the food...almost everything was excellent!The only thing that I didn't like was they set my kids and me sharing table to have dinner with the same family every night. It would be fun if the two families get along...unfortunately we were not comfortable. The people shared table with us just didn't like to talk and we were watched while having dinner by the grandma and 2 granddaughters! The grandfather and grandson never had any eye contacts and I never know how their voices sounded except the grandma's . Wish Disney hadn't had set up the tables for dinner that way! Luckily, the food was fine and the servers were great!Another negative experience, small, but it bothered me; Joe, the receptionist who is come from Mexico never smiled! I talked to different staffs at customer service counter, all of them were very nice, but Joe. She gave me attitude when I came to ask her questions and when I wanted to withdraw cash to add more tips for the servers in the end of the trip, but I didn't have enough, so I asked her to charge from my account like the way it was, she was not nice to me.Anyway, with my experience I would like to give 4.5 stars, but since Google doesn't have that option, I am giving them 4 stars for this time. I hope Disney will make improvement, and I definitely will join more Disney cruises in the future .Tip: Book it the sooner the cheaper!I had booked a year ahead then had to cancel due to my planed was changed , later I booked 2 months before the trip. I had to pay twice with a smaller room without ocean view :/

Disney cruises are expensive but they are worth every penny! The ships are beautiful and luxurious! Everything is always clean and in tip top shape. The food, drinks, service and entertainment are top notch! I love that they have adult only areas and pools too. You can find quite places to get away and relax or you can enjoy a wide variety of entertainment.We have been on 3 Disney cruises so far; Alaska, Baltic Sea and the Carribean. All 3 cruises were spectacular! We have always had a blast on the excursions and the people who run the excursions have always lived up to the Disney standard. We can not wait to take our next Disney cruise!

The Disney Wonder Alaska. Fabulous food and service. My family has food allergy issues and they were all handled wonderfully. Lots of activities for the kids. Only complaint I have is the paid internet service provided while at sea is not recommended. The signal strength is poor through most of the ship, and the speed of the service is barely serviceable for surfing and checking emails. For the price just stay offline while at sea. It was a great vacation. Recommended!

Awesome cruise and awesome service as always!

Beautiful ship, very clean. Entertainment was too notch.Food was ok I would give it a 3.5 up to 4. The service was outstandingI also wish the hand washing station was a just the hand sanitizers it’s faster and kills 99.9% germs where soap some guest don’t really wash their hands and there is always a line up since the kids take longer.

Had an AMAZING time. We booked pretty last minute so didn't book any excursions while ashore, but we still had a great week and there was always something to do. Our servers and the staff are so friendly and put in so much effort to keep you happy the whole time
