Garage Door Depot of Victoria

We had previously used the services of the Garage Door Depot three times for issues with our garage door in our previous house. In each instance Dave and his team provided great service and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with the repairs and maintenance completed on the garage door.We have now moved to a different house with an elderly garage door. Dave offered a number of options to either extend the live of our existing door or to replace.We opted for a new door which was installed last week. The finished product has improved the look of our house, is quieter and much more efficient than the old door.Great door at a good price. Professional, patient and friendly service. I had the Garage Door Depot install a garage door and opener in November of 2018 by Dave the owner and his Installer. The service and installation was great. Recently I had a glitch with the opener and could not reset it as per the instructions. I called the office and explained my situation and they said Dave would call me in the next few days.i received a call promptly from Dave. I told Dave about the issue and after trying a few scenarios to fix the problem we solved the issue. Once again they came through for me. I will continue to use the Garage Door Depot for all my needs and highly recommend them to anybody needing a garage door, opener or both.

Dave was very helpful and professional. I would recommend the Garage Door Depot services as they provided expert and non-pushy advice, with a variety of options. My new garage door is beautiful and a great update to my old one. The services were also more competitively priced than others' quotes.

Loved the experience from the sales, to the final product. They stuck very close to the verbal quote which I appreciated. I dealt with Dave who did the installation and Sarah who handled the payments. Both were very professional and I believe I also dealt with Amanda, all were very professional and courteous and would highly recommend the Garage Door Depot and will use them again. Dave also explained everything in detail and was flexible and helped get my old car setup with a converter. Loved the entire process, thumbs up.

We had our door put in yesterday. The service was great. The price was good, with a shorter delivery time than other quotes we got. The installation was done quickly and on time, with everything cleared up after wards and even swept clean. Everything very well explained, and we thoroughly recommend!

Loved the service from the Garage Door Depot. Dave was prompt and professional with his appointments and estimates and Andrew was a great installer. I am always happy when a contractor cleans up after themselves and gives a tutorial on the system options before they leave.
