I would like to thank you for Ella, who's the doctor for this clinic. She was very helpful and awesome. My father-in-law was stroke with no health card while staying in Canada , she helped and offered the covid vaccine for him when no other place can offer him. Thank you once again.

This clinic is very kind and has the best people there to help the needy. My parents were visitors from India and didn't had insurance, my father was not well and he had to consult a doctor soon. This clinic asked us to visit them on the day we called and they arranged for Blood test and Ultra sound as per Doctors advice in a very short time. I experienced this clinic does a great job for the people who are new to the country and do no have insurance. I dont have words to explain how helpful the Receptionists, Doctors and Nurses are here. Please up the good work, Thanks for being so so kind and nice. May god bless you and your family always !!

The people who answer the call are polite, but the woman who calls to ask questions is extremely rude and impatient. That kind of person couldn't work with an audience that needs help. Lack of compassion. Made me cry. Human beings can be very inhumane! Bad experience! I called to tell them what happened and they just said “sorry”. Do they really feel?

The best service I’ve ever received. I am originally from Scotland and I am living in Canada with no health insurance. This clinic helped me through a though time and I was seen by Dr.Yang (gynaecologist) who was very professional and skilled. The best interaction with a medical service especially here in Canada. Thank you for all that the clinic does - it is appreciated so much and I’d recommend this service to anyone who is in need and does not have healthcare.Very friendly reception staff and nurses who really made the experience less frightening for me and also made the process super easy.Thanks for all your help.

I really appreciate the doctors efforts but not the nurses or the one who answering the phone, she is very rude and disrespectful, I’ve the worst experience ever there, latterly they are treated people like animals, I understand some of them are volunteering, but if you have to volunteering come and do your things with respect and love, but if you want to disrespect people and speaking with attitude,im advising you please stop doing any kind of volunteering things and just go and watch your kids, enjoy your home you’re going to save a lot of life by doing that.dignity is everything for human so respect people in next time and have some human sense.
