The studio and gym are very clean and updated. Kayce and the team of instructors are very friendly and the variety of classes is great, especially hot yoga! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great workout and friendly faces to visit.

Beautiful gym. Owners are incredible people, helpful and open to suggestions to make the environment and your experience the best it can be. Gym is well kept and the overall environment is welcoming and comfortable!

Great variety and flexibility in classes. Such an inviting space to be in with great people. High quality yoga and so lucky to have hot yoga nearby on cold winter days!

Very accommodating, helpful & friendly owner:) Having access 24/7 is great. The gym and washroom are clean. Other cliental there when I went last summer were friendly. For a very small town this gym is a 5 out of 5. Thanks Kaycelyn :)

Great classes, and so nice to see a variety of instructors welcomed to the space. Online class schedule and registration is so well done, and the facility entry system is very convenient. How lucky we are, to have this amazing facility in Hamiota.

I have family in Brandon that I visit quite frequently and every time I'm in town I make sure to hit up Countryside, it's only about a 35 minute drive. Love their facility. It allows me to keep up with my exercise routine and their staff is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend a yoga session with Kayce. She is awesome. Her sessions will leave you relaxed, refreshed and ready to take on the day.
