We found NJ Electric to be very professional, efficient and honest.  We had a few electrical jobs that needed to be done.  Sean responded to our call promptly, and came exactly on the prearranged time with a mask on.  He not only understood our reasons for each job, but also gave excellent suggestions for achieving our desired outcomes.  For instance, instead of changing the location of a light switch to a more convenient location, Sean suggested to install a sensor switch, eliminating the need to make a hole in the wall.  The quotation from NJ Electric was competitive and thorough, with the description of each job and the associated charges listed separately.Sean's team - Jeff, Adam, and Nick, were cordial, and worked diligently.  Among other things, they had to install electric car chargers, a floor electric outlet, and pot lights in a finished ceiling.  Everything was done neatly.  They managed to get the wires from the basement to install the floor outlet on the main floor without damaging the finished basement ceiling.  They also  cleaned up the work area before leaving.  There were no last minute surprises.  I trust NJ Electric's honesty and efficiency, and will not hesitate to call them again for any future electrical work.

I contacted Sean and even though he was out of town he responded and let me know a time frame when we could connect.He came out to our home so we could discuss the project and he gave us an estimate and we set the date.We communicated via email and Sean was very good at letting me know about timelines and when there were delays.Sean and his apprentice came out and did the work as expected. They were professional and courteous and worked safely within our home.I was also contacted about a month later to see if everything was working well.I would use their services again and would highly recommend them.

I had NJ Electrical install a chandelier in a foyer with a very tall ceiling. The owner of the company was very responsive and communicated well. The technician was very professional, clean and had utmost attention to detail. He even ensured the chrome fixture was clean and fingerprint free. If you need and electrician in Niagara, Lincoln, Hamilton and surrounding areas, I'd call them.

I would recommend NJ Electrical to anyone. The estimate was dead on. They were polite and efficient. They swept up after themselves too. The work that was done was above my expectations. The wires outside were hidden and what had to be exposed was not obtrusive. They explained what they were doing and showed us everything we needed to know.
