Julio was amazing. I was referred by another Toronto Transmission Shop that was too busy. I had my Subaru Outback towed there. Julio was very straightforward and fit me into a busy schedule. I never even met him as I paid via CC and picked my car up at night. So far everything is amazing and he even put my winter tires on for me as I left the in the trunk.My dogs and family are very happy as the Subie is our second car!Thank you Julio!

Do yourself a favor don’t even think to use these guys. I stopped by 4 months ago with my truck to get the transmission fixed. After a month with my truck in their shop, Julio, one of the owners, told me that he couldn’t find the part for my RAM promaster. He said that to buy a brand-new part to replace the damaged one was extremely expensive. Later he found a pre-owned part that he said it was almost brand new, not as expensive but will still have a warranty.We move on with the repair $3000 to change a pump that was broken. At the time I went to pick it up I saw a stone under one of the tires to stop the truck in case something was wrong.A code on the dashboard has to be reset but obviously they didn’t have the tools or the knowledge to do it.I had to take the truck to another location to do it. It did raise a flag but I want to give them the benefit of the doubt since they said they were 40 years in business.lucky them that Google reviews didn’t exist all those years….I have the same problem with the van again and I call Julio in order to have a solution. Now the real Julio came to light. No warranty for Parts and once I asked for labor, No warranty on Labor.I asked him how he can help me with this situation and he is asking me to buy the parts, again!Is this a joke? Would you take your vehicle again to this place? It’s easy to take your money and run away. Don’t make the same mistake I made. I read the reviews about them, where people with the same bad experience as me posted on line, and I didn’t make the right decision. Run away from this place, if not you will regret your decision as I do.

Carlo and Giulio are knowledgeable and fair. How else can you stay in Business with long time repeat customers in the auto business for over 30 years?!?

I took my Ford F-350 to Giulio with a transmission issue. Other shops told me it was a turbo issue. Another shop in the past did a transmission rebuild on it and it didn’t last. Giulio treated my truck as if it were his own. The truck runs better than new and I know it’s gonna last me a very long time now. Giulio and his team know what they are doing and do great work.Thank you to Giulio and his team for fixing my truck. It was a great experience and a pleasure meeting Giulio and his team.

Amazing customer service!I was having issues with shifting my Jeep from Park to Drive. The RPMs would drop to the point where my Jeep would actually stall on a cold start.Julio suggested replacing the toque converter with a rebuild to help save on cost. He also took the time to look at the transmission and make sure there weren’t any other issues to be had. Julio is very knowledgeable, upfront and honest about his approach and the options available. That alone is great customer service!It gets better… A couple weeks later, Julio calls to see how things are working out! How many service providers actually take the time to call you back?! Now THAT is customer service.I travelled from Sudbury to have Diamond Transmission look at my Jeep. They are definitely worth the drive and I would do it again… although I hope I don’t have to!!Thanks again Julio for all your help!

Hi,The man I spoke to there was so pleasant and honest about my Transmission Concerns. He gave me a few suggestions to try on my own and said if they didn't rectify to bring car back to him.There were no charges and he was beyond Knowledgeable.Thanks so much.
