My experience with this company was not negative perse - the employees were polite and were able to answer most of my questions. However I felt like they were just out to get as much of my money as possible. The tech came to my residence and did some titration tests and told me my water softener was no longer working. He then proceeded to try and sell me a $4000 softener that was way over sized for my application telling me that it was a good deal". He also tried to sell me a RO system for $1000. I was able to do my own water samples to get quantitative results
