Nicely organized books, clean and all genres displayed well. Can spend hours and hours here with books. Starbucks is right there so double the fun for coffee lovers and readers.

I love this location. It has access from both the parking lot and the Burlington mall. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the mall entrance is closed now and you can only access the store from the parking lot.The store is spacious and well-organized. They have a great collection of fashion, books, outdoor décor, outdoor dining, accessories, kids collection, etc.Starbucks is located at the side of the store and has a separate entrance, but the access to the store is blocked for the time being. But previously, you could enjoy your coffee or cold beverage and spend hours in the store surfing through books and buying accessories.

Very nice location. They've done a really good job with this new Indigo. Modern, clean, spacious with hardwood floors throughout, neutral colour scheme with tons of selection of books AND a pretty good selection of board games too. Bright inside , high ceilings, really good location. This will help bring new life to Burlington mall

Beautiful new Indigo. High ceilings, bright and spacious. I could spend hours looking at books and all the lovely products they have. The Starbucks also has an outdoor patio to enjoy a drink. The washrooms are all hands free which are great if you know how to use them!

It was difficult to find a staff member to assist me in searching for what I was looking for. When I did, she told me what I was looking for was old" and that basically "of course" they wouldn't have it on their shelves. She also stated that things were different since Covid and that she couldn't "search" for my book and followed it up by saying I should call each individual store before going to it.Not helpful in the slightest and frankly

Rude staff member and rude manager.I get that they were cyberattacked and all employees had their data stolen but don’t take it out on the customer. For such a massive corporation with so many unessential , high priced, made in China items you’d think they would take care of their employees. Everyone seems miserable working there.

5 stars just for being dog friendly. I wish more businesses would adopt a policy of being pet friendly. So long as pets are behaved of course.Our 6 month old Bernese puppy brought lots of smiles to other shoppers and staff. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

My wife and I love this location. Super friendly staff here. Great layout with its little alcoves for the seasonal displays or themes. The selection at this Indigo is pretty darn good. If they do not have it, they can get it. The best part of this store is the children's section. The first time I was in it I was wondering around having 80's flashbacks to my childhood. I am glad to see that lots of the old school children's books are still available!
