Chutneys Indian Grill
They tried to be innovative with the indian cuisine but the flavours are quite off. Most of the gravies (even though named differently) are sour and pretty much indifferent in taste. The kulchas I had were not stuffed properly till the end of the bread. I won’t complaint about the portion of food.Also, I don’t think this subway style of food assembly concept tried with Indian cuisine would really hit everyone well.

Their chole kulche are a must try. I also tried their veg burrito bowl and it was also good. If you’re craving indian street food you should try this place once.

I was really disappointed because I saw all the good reviews about the food and service but did not experience that when I visited the store.First, the food portion was really small. I ordered meat plates ($14.50 each, before tax) which each came with some rice, two proteins, two small naans, some veggies, some fries, and two chutneys. The veggies consisted of one little scoop of whichever veggies I picked. The rice was also pretty small. I don't usually have a big appetite, but after eating a meal plate, I didn't feel full at all.Second, the food quality was average. I liked the butter sauce, chicken, and shrimps, but I found that the steak was too rough and the naan was hard/thick/not crispy at all.Lastly, the service was very slow. I don't know if the servers were intentionally trying to make us wait but they took a long time to prepare our meal plate and kept getting distracted by small things happening around them. Even if they were trying to make the meat fresh, they should have communicated an estimated wait time rather than taking their own sweet time to react to our food orders.I wanted to love the food but the food quantity is a big no for me so I would not be coming back.

Normally if you want good Indian food it's a long sit down meal. This place has a subway/chipotle approach without compromising on quality and flavours. Super convenient and delicious. Great street food options. Service was amazing - Owner is really friendly and even offered to make our food for us and then sat and chatted with us. Highly recommend. Looking forward to going back.

We just enjoyed a great meal here. The food is excellent and the service was very welcoming. We don't live close by but will definitely travel here for more meals. Worth the drive. The food had a lot of flavor, was hot and fresh, and had just the right amount of spice.

Food was not good. They have given all frozen items. The taste of chutneys and combination is pathetic. So, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Eventually you will throw your money on garbage food.

Chutneys is seriously such a great spot for Indian fast food! I absolutely enjoyed my experience with the staff at this location. They made so many great recommendations and I think my favourite menu item is the Lion Fries. So good!

Went here with my family and everyone loved the food. The owner had amazing recommendations and combinations of different chutneys. Great atmosphere, very clean and beautiful ambiance. If you are in Kelowna, this is definitely a must try! Will be coming back next time!
