I’ve purchased several units from this company and I have been nothing less than impressed with the level of customer service both on the sales side, and the servicing / parts departments. Travis in servicing has gone out of his away on numerous occasions to ensure I fully understood the servicing that was required, and took care of any special requests that I had with regards to accessories installation. Class act kinda place!!Bought a chainsaw from them, easy to deal with and no hassle. Needless to say I over worked it and overheated my chainsaw. Which under warranty isn’t covered. But Gregg took the time to fix it for me, and kinda enough to go over some simple experience on what to watch for. Great place to make a customer feel important on such a basic purchase. And take the time to educate the products they sell. Makes me want to take a look around to see what else I can get into. Glad to see some old school treatment is still around.Makes me a customer as long as they keep employees like Gregg! Thanks again!
