Someone took the snow off my car with a medal shovel, so I needed new paint on my car. Took just over two weeks to get it back, when I got it back my back up camera did not work but ten more minutes it was fixed, my battery was almost dead and now my tempature gauge is reading the wrong tempature and there still is a scratch on my rear left door. I'm sure they will compensate but to be honest a bit of a hassle. However besides the scratch on my door, the paint looks great...

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle repair. Took 6 weeks longer than originally communicated. They emailed me that the vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up they said I will need to bring back again as one item was not complete. I asked them to call me when it is completed for pick up. They had promised via email it would be detailed. It was not detailed, it was not even cleaned at all and they provided it back to me completely empty of fuel although I brought it in with 1/2 a tank. They did not apologize and try to make it right however provided excuses after excuse. I realize issues pop by however it was absolutely no “make it right” philosophy at this location. My insurance company recommended I go there as Intact deals with them directly however I will NEVER return.

Vehicle brought there for an accident repair. Insurance Company recommended service provider. Great service, used OEM parts, paint was perfect, vehicle cleaned inside and out. Donna was awesome and they arranged the rental as well. All was very smooth. Paint is perfect match!!

Hit a deer and vehicle was taken to them for repair on front end. Very communicative and great service. Donna and the crew fixed my vehicle quickly and did a wonderful job. Would recommend.

Terrible place. Brought my truck in for pictures to be taken. Waited weeks and no phone call. Called them and they had a new worker taking over for the original guy that was to be working on my quote. He asked for a few days and he would get back to me. I waited 3 more weeks and received no phone call. I called back again only to get yelled at by him. To sum up I took my truck and business elsewhere. I will never deal with Carstar again. They are in over their heads and take on more than they can handle.

Had a great experience here. Donna was wonderful to deal with and was very accomadating as I had to pay for my own rental I brought my truck in Monday and it was ready to be picked up Friday just as they told me it would be. I was a bit reluctant to bring it here because of other reviews but they did a fantastic job. It was returned to me fully cleaned and looking good as new. Thanks CARSTAR

I have been dealing with this location for the past few months. The 1st few visits were terrible. It was an insurance job. So we were sent here. If I went by the 1st few visits I would have never went back. A new gentleman (Craig) started and from there the service was so much better (for front desk) they guys did a great job on my old gal! They Apologized for past experiences that weren't even their own fault. For all of this 5 stars

We had our windshield replaced about 2 and a half weeks ago and there have been no issues with the glass or seal at all. The staff at CarStar were very helpful, straightforward (no sugar coating), and friendly. The price was substantially cheaper than other windshield repair places and the work was great quality. They were super flexible with vehicle drop off and pickup and gave us very clear instructions about care for the 24 hours after replacement. I hope I will never need to use them again for this service (ha) but if we do need another windshield replacement, this would be my first choice.
