Friendship Bell
A nice park with Japanese sister city Morioka. The friendship bell was presented for Victoria's support to the town after the tsunami in March 2011. There's also a covered sitting area with a plaque inscribed with: This Azumaya was presented to our sister city Victoria In commemoration of the fifth anniversary of the twinning.""
