Great company to work with

I believe reviews are necessary and in this case I felt compelled to place one. Our charity was looking for racking and we found an ad placed on Craigslist which we replied to. Very quickly Graham Smith called and we discussed briefly our needs. The next day I went to Timeline Sales and Graham introduced himself to me and started to talk about our charity. I asked how he knew so much and he said he makes it a point to know about his customers so he went to our website and read about us. This made me feel like he valued our business and I am sure there are far bigger purchases than six little racks. The point is, Graham took the time to read our website, be knowledgeable about what our needs were and to give first class service. He loaded my truck for me and shook my hand. In a world where there is a lot of competition for business, Graham went above and beyond, and basically removed my need to look elsewhere for better services and supplies. It couldn't be any better. Went in today to get some lockers for my office.The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. They are helpful and work quickly. I needed lockers asap and they were able to get them located, sorted, and loaded within 10mins.Customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company and their great staff.
