Had been pierced by Greg three times, only 1/3 appointments went ok.The first time was my septum, and the piercing was at an angle. My septum piercing never sits straight now.The second time I got my nostril done and the appointment went ok and the piercing healed great.However, when I went for nipple piercings Greg made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. First, when I arrived at the shop they told me I didn't have an appointment, even though I booked online. The receptionist was quite rude and said I shouldn't have booked online because the site doesn't actually work to make appointments". Greg barely spoke to me the entire appointment and seemed to be in a bad mood

Not sure what peoples' issue with Greg is. He's done 3 of my piercings perfectly, 2 of my friends piercings perfectly. These were relatively difficult piercings. People say he has an attitude but I think he's just real with you. He also provided quite good conversation. You can't expect everyone to kiss your a$$. All around good experiences at Adept.

Greg (the piercer) has a great bedside manner" combined with a good eye and suitable knowledge

I got an industrial piercing by Greg. He marked it but did not let me see where he was putting it before he did it. I immediately disliked the placement when it was done. After 2 months of healing, I was extremely concerned because the front part of the piercing seemed way too close to the edge of my ear, and I was afraid it was going to rip out. I went to Jagger’s and had them look at it and they immediately told me it was placed wrong and that it needed to be removed or it was going to rip through the cartilage. Now I have to wait a few months before getting it repierced properly. Based on other reviews I won’t be bothering to try to get my $100 (!) back. DO NOT GO HERE. I highly recommend Jagger’s, it was much more welcoming, clean, and they staff clearly actually know what they’re doing.

Greg pierced my septum and both nostrils. He is clean and experienced at what he does. Also a very pleasant personality. I have only had good experiences.

Got a chest tattoo done by Chanelle and she did an amazing job - one of the most gentle tattoo artists I've had and double checks with you to make sure you're sure of the placement or if you think it's crooked. The receptionist was very lovely and professional and the other artists seem really nice too! Very clean and professional spot, will definitely be coming back :)

Jason was fantastic. His enthusiasm for this project was fantastic. His work far exceeded my expectations. Could not recommend him enough.

I've gotten piercings at the bedford location and a tattoo at the Halifax location. Every experience has been great. The staff is so nice and helpful when it comes to aftercare instructions. They also sell the aftercare products you may need so you don't have to worry about going shopping later. Ashley Hamilton did my tattoo and it turned out great! It looks amazing and is exactly what i wanted. (The healed photo is from 8 months later)

They were so nice! It was my first tat and I felt very comfortable. Andrew Ford is an amazing artist, especially with helping you decide what you want when you’re not 100% sure. He knocked it outta the park. I highly recommend him!! Thx Adept :)

Got my Daith pierced with my stepmother (she got her second one done this trip) and I was really nervous, as I have a phobia of needles and being poked with sharp objects in general. Greg understood the assignment and kept me occupied with conversation during the process. He explained what he was going to do before I laid down so I knew what was going to happen and when it was time, told me to take a deep breath - bam, all over that quick. And no more migraines since! Thank you!
