Helena is never in a rush and always seeks to provide the best services and customer care. She is fantastic at communicating with her customers and frequently checks in during treatments (such as massages). I always leave feeling relaxed, and notice a huge difference after my massages. I just went for a massage with the aromatherapy and oh my gosh, it was the most BEAUTIFUL experience I’ve ever been a part of! The incorporation of Reiki is ingenious and highly necessary, Helena knows exactly what she is doing! The entire experience was so incredibly perfect. It’s one of those things you just need to try because words can’t express it enough! Helena is so kind heartened and genuine, and the massage itself was the perfect pressure, adjusting for what I needed, and did a phenomenal job of blending the relaxation massage with a bit of therapeutic massage where needed. It truly worked so well! This was my first experience booking in and I could not rave about it more! Helena, you’ve got yourself a new loyal customer :D

I had my first visit a couple days ago and it was refreshing to be massaged by such an intuitive, empathetic, caring and connected person. Very talented with her technique and am looking forward to going once a month—I really felt the love. All of the steps she incorporates in her practice is perfectly timed and rhythmic. I was able to completely dip into a meditative state despite how tense my body was.The space in which she uses is very, very clean and organized. The music choice was delightful, the warm wrap she used underneath was top notch and the hot stones were perfect (it was my first time using stones) Such a calming environment. I am someone who notices everything and I felt that the space was impeccably taken care of.I’m excited to try her other services since my first experience was so positive. Highly, highly recommend the 90 minute massage with included reiki and hot stones. $225 and my benefits covered most of it so in the end it was only $125. I compared prices, and most public spas you do in Calgary are over crowded, messy, much less attention to detail, loud AND equally priced if not, more. With that being said, her prices are competitive and include MUCH more.Ps. If you’re someone who prefers silence when in session, she is extremely respectful and was completely doing her own thing and wasn’t offended when I told her I preferred silence.

Every time I go see Helena she always has such a kind, healing and welcoming energy. I leave her house always feeling very relaxed and I love all of the different types of services she offers! I would highly recommend going to see her if you haven’t yet :)

Best massage of my life! And that's saying a lot because I have had MANY massages over the years by many different therapists. Helena is professional, warm, and genuine. Her space is so relaxing, spotless, and inviting. I felt immediately comfortable with her and cannot imagine going anywhere else for a spa experience. Highly recommend!!

Helena is amazing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough and caring massage therapist. She incorporates bamboo, hot stones, and cupping into her massages - something I had never experience all together before, but it was very effective on my tense muscles. Helena also recommended the Perfect Derma Peel for my skin concerns and the results are stunning! She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and recommends products and services that are best for my skin type. She doesn’t recommend any unnecessary things - which I appreciate. She also gave me a ton of samples to try before I committed to any full sized products. If you’re looking for a great spa, definitely book with Helena!
