I was trying to pickup a package. Both phone numbers go to a fax machine. I tried the customer support line and they were not helpful and then forwarded me to a disconnected line. Showed up at the address and it wasn't correct either.

Package showing at the facility in NL since nov 19th and still not delivered to me. Not sure why it would take nearly 10 days of sitting there to be delivered. Other reviews seem to align with my experience as well, not reliable.
