We gave them 5 stars because of their fantastic service!When we walk into our home after the girls have been there it sparkles, and it has that fresh clean smell that only the Molly Maid girls can bring to your home. My wife & I figure Life's too short to be spent doing house cleaning all day, when for a few dollars you can have your home Cleaned. By caring, trusting professional Molly Maids that know exactly what they are doing. And Hey! I know We deserve it, don't you?

I would go as far to increase my rating to a 3 star, the work they did was good. My problem was that there was 3 spots in the house I asked them to focus on, they only did 1 of 3 which could have been bad communication between the office and the cleaners. It took me a couple days to notice spots they cleaned I wouldn't have thought of.

I have found them unreliable. Last year they cancelled because there was suppose to be a storm that never came. I did reschedule that but could not take the day off again and they only cleaned part of the house. They called yesterday and said 10 AM today, they called at 8:30 the one girl called in sick and they rescheduled for 2:30, they called at noon and cancelled said the roads are bad. No one here is having difficulty getting in to work. I have to book a day off work to be here for them so I loose a days wage and I can't rebook them as carpets get cleaned tomorrow.

Charged me $535 for two times deep cleaning as I required. Didn't even mop the floor both times. Worst cleaning company ever.After I posted the review, I haven't heard anything back from the owner. On top of the bad quality job. They are dishonest as well .
