What a disappointment :( I came today for 3 services, (lash lift, pedicure and sugaring). Girls were clearly overwhelmed with too many clients which resulted in a mediocre lash and lift, and ruined pedicure. Sugaring ended up in half waxing as well. This is not my first time in the salon. I had always had excellent results with Sheina. For over $200, I am very very dissatisfied. Worst of it, I am travelling tomorrow so no time to fix it. Lash & Beauty, please take care of your clients.

Always love my visits to the Pointe-Claire location of Lash&Beauty!The staff is always incredibly welcoming and Hayden is a PRO when it comes to nails. I've been doing gel nails for years trying different salons for extended periods of time to find my perfect fit" nail tech. My nails would often lift and sometimes break. I've been seeing Hayden for about 8 months now and my nails have NEVER lifted or broken. No crazy glue being used over here!!Highly recommend not only Hayden

Hands down the best place for pedicure and facial. The girls who work there are so genuine, hard working , kind and knowledgeable. I had a hydra facial, best facial of my life! They use dermalogica + payot products which are really good for sensitive skin. I can’t wait for my next facial already!

I’m very picky about lash extensions and loved this place to get it done! Kelly is the best!

*UPDATE* The owner contacted me and wanted to rectify my experience and ensure I am satisfied with the service I paid for - I greatly appreciate this kind of customer service and any business that is willing to make it up to a client is A++ in my books. I love my redo pedicure (with Shaina ☺️) !Previous experience:For the price you would expect that when you look at your feet you can tell you got them done at the salon; I wasn’t asked if it was okay or satisfied, tried telling her to fix the imperfections but it was too “late”, personally and from experience, I wouldn’t let a customer leave when clearly she is unsatisfied with the job…especially having polish on cuticles, lumpy texture and jagged polish around the edges of the nail. Also, you would expect to have more than 2-3 minutes feet massage especially opting for the spa pedicure that says longer foot massage. It felt rushed and it did not look good at the end. I didn’t get my money’s worth. I usually have a good experience here with the other girls (Shaina, Hayden) but this experience completely turned me off.

Always a pleasure to go to my appointments! I have been going for years and the service, the quality and the ambiance are always A1. It’s my one-stop-shop, they do it all…Kelly always does her best to accommodate and they take time with their clients to offer the best because they are the best in the West! Hayden! Unfortunately I had quite a negative experience here a couple of week ago. I went for a shellac pedicure and the girl said that she was not qualified to do anything about my ingrowns on my toes so she just left them alone, which is one of the only reasons I would pay this much for a pedicure. Less than 2 weeks later my polish completely peeled off of 3 of my toes, and the only reason I chose shellac and paid extra was so that it would last about a month. I called the salon when I noticed this and was told a manager would call me back but I never received a follow up. I called a week later and was told there was nothing that could be done about this because they only offer repairs if it’s 3 days later. I’m super disappointed about this because I never have the money for pedicures but I decided to splurge and it was a total waste considering my toes still hurt and my polish came right off :(
