I had a great experience here. After my dog gets groomed he smells great for a long time. All the staffs are really nice and caring.Hi all, I think she did take responsibility for her or her groomer's mistakes. I had an experience one time I took my dog for grooming and her staff wasn't does her job well and she followed up and even though not her fault.She is a very good groomer and dog lover. She also gave me a lot of advised to deal with my anxiety dog. Thank you so much.

I brought my newly adopted rescue dog dog in for some well deserved TLC. Kelly the owner spent time in getting to know Lola before even booking her appointment. Kelly gave Lola extra time and slowly brought her through the whole grooming process, in which Lola was so relaxed and trusting. I really appreciated the time that Kelly took in assessing Lola and advising me on what should be aware of and what grooming brushes that I should have on hand. Under Kelly's kind and supportive hand, Lola blossomed and sailed through her first grooming experience.Thank you Kelly.

RE: Cat GroomingI have two long haired cat which require grooming. One has a reasonable coat (domestic long hair), but a lot of sass. The other has an insanely thick coat (Scottish Fold), but a more dosile personality. So we definitely hit both ends of the not ideal customer spectrum.Despite the difficulties I present them with they always do such a wonderful job. They always go over everything with me, and are very kind, patient, and understanding.They run specific morning grooming times for cats; as to not be in with the pups. Depending on the season, they book up quickly. So I definitely recommend booking as early as you can!

I've been taking my dog and cat to Kelly at Four Paws Grooming for about 10 years now and don't have a single complaint. The staff there are professional and helpful and clearly loves and cares for the animals in their care. My dog is very skittish and whiny and Kelly is the only one that can settle her down long enough to get her nails trimmed. She's also the only person that can properly brush out my very hairy cat! She's also very observant and careful with my animals' medical conditions, catching things (like an ear infection) that I've missed and recommending vets and treatments.I highly recommend this place for your furry family members!

I brought my 2 dogs here last week. I can't say enough good things about this place. Kelly is absolutely amazing and so is her staff ( I'm sorry I didn't catch your name ) My 2 dogs were the most relaxed that I've ever seen them when I dropped them off ,and especially after I picked them up . They seem to really enjoy their time. I would 100 million per cent recommend this business !! Thank you Kelly for taking such great care of my babies , they look fantastic!! Best groomer I've ever had the pleasure to take my dogs to.

We took our 2 Basset Hounds here and were super pleased with the entire experience. Service was friendly and genuine. Our boys were happy, clean and smelled great! Our dogs both have long quicks, but she did a fantastic job with them. I also thought prices were very reasonable. We will definitely continue to use Four Paws!

I’ve been taking my eldest dog (12 yrs old) and my newest (2 yrs old) for many years. Kelly is simply amazing and on many occasions, she has accommodated my hectic travel schedule and squeezed my pooches in even when she’s super busy. My dogs love Kelly as do I. I highly recommend Four Paws!

Thank you so much Kelly you did an amazing job cutting Mickeys nails. He is such a nervous dog and the last time at the veterinary clinic the doctor said he would probably have to be sedated. He was calm and able to take his treat at the end. The last time I did get his nails done he couldn't eat for few hours afterwards. So thank you again. I would highly recommend you to everyone.
