Curtis provides amazing customer service, so much so that he has communicated with me after 10 pm when I was off work.He provided samples and exceptional work. My employer loves the customized rustic leather wristband I ordered for him, and it looks fantastic ... as he said, 'It looks rad!'

I rarely do any reviews but I felt compelled to give Heartwood Gifts five stars and tell people TO BUY FROM THEM! Wow, such beautiful and usefull products. They are timely in getting your purchase to you and super helpful in getting what you order exactly as you want. I bought a stunning leather journal that I plan to have friends of a recently passed away colleague write a story about and then give it to his wife for something she will certainly treasure and be proud to place in her home for people to see. It's also engraved and Curtis contacted me to make sure the engraving was done perfectly. Thanks to this company for outstanding service and CARING about their customers!!!

I ordered this sign as a wedding gift for our dear friends. The quality of the workmanship was awesome, totally exceeded my expectations. The bride and groom LOVED the sign and chose to use it on the day of the wedding as decoration! Everyone commented on how awesome it was. I phoned on Thursday Curtis was kind enough to put a rush on it and picked up my sign Friday. The sign was exactly what I wanted. Is was a gift and my friend cried when she saw it. It is beautiful.
