Very pleasant and helpful customer service. Friendly and professional! I have had the storage container for a while and zero issues. The drop off was incredibly easy, they put the pod where I indicated and were gone within 20 mins. Reasonably priced too! Every rep I've spoken with had been very kind and helpful.

My only concern is that my cube has humidity issues when it warms up outside...the unit drips water on warm days...

Everything has been great with service support and pretty much everything else untill ending my contract I was informed of and pick up fee that was not disclosed to me in the beginning 10 months ago when i started on site storage bin in my yard still waiting to hear back if it's getting resolved or not but like always make sure you know all details and get confirmation to help yourself later on if need be other than this has been great service

Overall, it was a good experience.. only exept 12 hour windows of delivery and pick ups..the window should be 2-4 hours. No one can be at the spot for 12 hours, waiting for container.

Their service is awesome! I had no issues with anything. I actually had my cube move twice, and they were quick and responsive. Overall, they did everything I asked for and even did it the way I needed it to be done. I would definitely recommend this service.
