Jack's Central Auto Service

I've been going to Jacks Central Auto Service for years and so has my mom. They treat you fairly, honestly and do a great job with their services. From a simple oil change or tire switch to breaks and body work that they had to outsource for me, my vehicles have been kept in great shape at a fair price!

booked my trailer to be rewired first thing in am. promised by noon. informed him of moving and tight schedule. called at 1pm. still hadn;t started it and no idea when. asked why not: lot of jobs came in the morning. when advised i had booked this job....sorry.

My wife's work uses this place for their fleet, so we decided to try it for ours. We had a front strut go and other places were double the estimate and tried to push replacing both struts when we only needed one. They were fast, friendly and excellently priced. Will be returning for sure.Note: it has been 3 weeks since it was fixed (at the time of this review) and still no issue with the repair.

This is hands down the go to repair shop, John and Brenda are amazing people, very honest, al and nick are very knowledgeable mechanics. Would recommend to anyone.

Once upon a time this was a place to take your vehicle for service/repair. Unfortunately over the past few years their service/repairs has taken a down slide spiral.I wouldn’t recommend them any longer. Even after being a loyal costumer for years with multiple vehicles for service/repairs. Sadness really .

Brought our SUV in for a safety inspection, and had some repairs completed to pass the safety. Very happy with the work; it was completed on time and in line with the initial estimate they gave me. Also had some body work done through Jack's Central Auto by a body shop, and again I was happy with the work and the cost. Excellent customer service. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend.

Took my car here a few times because they were recommended.Now my car does not drive the same and has issue it previously did not have. Additionally, their prices are at least 5x more than any mechanic I've been to before.The people are nice, but the service I received is not worth it.

My husband and I have been using the wonderful services of Jack's Central Auto for about twenty years now, and have only great things to say about them. Their honesty and integrity is second to none!!! That's why they are always so busy! I leave their garage with total peace of mind, knowing, without question, that my vehicle is road worthy and safe to drive. I have always found their prices to be much more reasonable than any dealership's rates, (I have compared prices) and they use the specific car brand" parts your vehicle requires. Their talented mechanics leave no stone unturned to get to the root of any problem and are very knowledgable in the best way to solve any issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
