Extremely unprofessional service. We ordered food from this restaurant on two consecutive days and the order was mixed up and items were missing on both instances. First day, the lady did not hand over all the items to the delivery boy and the story repeats on the 2nd day as well. Also, both days had major delays in prep time and we really struggled to understand when the order would be delivered. We called the restaurant and the lady said that the delivery person did not pick up. It’s an outrageous excuse that two delivery staff will make the same mistake of picking up the less number of orders. No sympathy towards our condition as we had a baby at the hotel room to be fed. The lady also had the brazen attitude of telling us that we need to pick the order ourselves. This showed a complete lack of understanding and apathy. I refuse to believe that this was a mistake by the delivery staff. The order slip on the bag supports the evidence that this is unscrupulous scheme.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The food is absolutely amazing. Absolutely amazing. Don't think twice before coming here. Enough staff here and service was very quick, very friendly. I got the lamb dosa and paal payasam. Absolutely authentic taste, great portion size, good price. I also wanted wine and they had red wine which was greatly appreciated by me.The lamb curry (inside the dosa) was cooked perfectly: tender meat, amazing flavour, and very good quantity of lamb. The chutneys were flavourful and fresh. The Paal payasam was perfectly sweet with nuts and raisins and beautiful thick milk. I am really happy I came here after a long day full of walks around Montreal. Big thank you for this great food and good service!

Was craving for some South Indian delicacy idli and vada, they were freshly prepared , sambar and chutneys were excellent , try the South Indian filter coffee here , would love to try more delicacies from here

First of all, there was just 1 air conditioner for the whole place which made it really hot and humid to comfortably sit inside. The cutleries were not very clean. The drinking water served was soapy. The waitress was good. Time to serve was very late. Coming to the food, dosa and chicken 65 were good, but the biriyani was like tomato rice. And never try their paneer kothu. It was like a normal veg kothu with white uncooked unflavored burji like paneer simply sprinkled on the top. Overall, Madras Curry House is a good spot for just dosas

the taste is good but with home delivery they really lack finesse and miss items constantly. I have had this issue multiple times but this one takes the cake. the ratio of sambar to dosa is laughable. the image speaks for itself. I just hope they can sort out whoever packages their deliveries.

Madras Curry House is a must-visit for authentic South Indian cuisine in Montreal. From the crispy dosas to the fluffy idlis and flavorful curries, every dish is a delight. Highly recommended for South Indian food enthusiasts!I had eaten Pav Bhaji Dosa and its taste was very palatable. The sambhar, and coconut chutney were too good.Must visit Madras Curry (Maison Cari) for South Indian Taste In Montreal, Canada.

Found the place on Google. One of the tastiest south indian food in North America. The spices and taste beat the restaurants of NY and NJ. Being from south India we were looking for authentic place.Though only one guy was handling all the tables but the service was real quick. Neat and tidy place to eat if you are around downtown Montréal. Highly recommend!*Would appreciate if the owner/company let's the waiter keep the tips!

The restaurant was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making us feel right at home. When it comes to the food, I must say that both the quality and quantity were impressive. Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors and made with fresh ingredients. What I truly appreciated was the attention to detail in ensuring that our family's needs were met. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The portion sizes were generous, providing us with a satisfying dining experience.

Good service and Butter Chicken and Rice taste so Good. But for Cheese naan taste a bit salty.I may not believe how unsatisfied there’s also have to pay for Service Charge. It does not included Tips. I may understood some place restaurants have no Service Charge.I rather to Order Take Out for next time at any place.

Came here for some nice south indian food. Everything was cold! Ordered Sambar vada and chilli cheese masala dosa. They took their own time to get the food only to see they are all cold. Not sure what took them so much time when they didn't even put effort to heat up the food.First came sambar vada. We thought the sambar came in cold by mistake. So we informed the waiter there and she offered extra chutney. We were hoping that they would at least heat up for the next order. But no. The sambar came cold. Dosa wasn't even warm. Chutney came straight from fridge. The masala inside the dosa had no taste. No spice no salt. Since the title of the dish says chilli, instead of putting the effort to mince them, then scattered big pieces of chillies all over the dosa. I've never seen anything like rhat. Onions were not properly chopped. Such a waste of money on cold food.
