Marie is the only supplier I go to and ever will! She has cared so much about my journey and helped me so much throughout getting all the supplies I needed to ensure I was set! I love the atmosphere of the place and also the vast selection of supplies you can grab in store! Not to mention that they ship straight to your door if need be. Overall great place, and really amazing service.

This is not only the best selection of tattoo products in Ottawa but THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mary was so knowledgeable and did not judge me for being a self taught beginner. She took the time to explain the products, the machine and was more than willing to do so. She is passionate about the industry and it shows with her business. I'll be stopping by again soon.
