5 stars for the Noble cause of helping others. 3 stars for the collection. Overall 4 stars for the experience considering the aim of non profit organization. I did not picked anything but wanted to know the process.

I wish I could give it 0 stars, really bad workers they made me feel scared to choose what I wanted. I don’t really care about the place but the workers just really made my day a horrible day and I feel bad for people who face them. Very rude, bad behaviour, angry and really bad energy just horrible.

I am giving 3 stars because I appreciate the non profit organization for what they are doing to help people. However, I cannot express how uncomfortable the worker at the counter made me feel. This was before the pandemic and I was rushed. She kept following behind me and kept telling me how many minutes I had left before time was up at which point she repeated that I had until the very last second to decide after which if I did not make up my mind there would be no further discussions and I will be asked to remove myself from the floor immediately. When I asked questions she gave me short ,curt and cryptic like answers im like what??? When they delivered the furniture they knocked so low i heard it but thought it was a knock on the neighbour's door. An hour later I got a call saying that I didn't answer so the furniture was deposited in the garbage dump area . I'm viewing online tomorrow as I lost my deposit last year and got nothing. Lets see what tomorrow brings.

A nice staff, organised and good condition furniture with ancient artistic touch stuffs I have gotten two wonderful pictures from there. Recommended.
