Annette was absolutely outstanding to work with, She answered all of my questions promptly and anticipated questions that I would have before I event thought of them! Extremely professional and thorough.She truly cared about the issue I had and made a personal effort to help me. I will definitely be recommending their services to anyone that needs them.

We would like to give a great big shout out to Annett at Informed Paralegal!She took on a last minute job to get some Family Court Documents filed with ALL of the information included and Affidavits done! She worked very hard through the weekend but got the task completed and filed on time.Without her organization, direction and persistence, my brother would have been in breach of a court order. I cannot even begin to tell you how much this firm has done for me! I was in such a stressful situation. My Son mentioned that there was a paralegal in Airdrie. I had never had to use one before. I sent an email, it was answered right away. I explained my situation. I was in a bind as far as time was concerned and they came through for me! Plus took more stress away from me and actually went and got my papers stamped at the court house. For everything they did in such a limited time frame, the cost was well worth it. I do not feel they overcharged me at all. I felt it was very fair.I will never hesitate to get the help I need from these wonderful people. The stress they took away from me was incredible!
