I had bought a car here in April; to begin, I never got my license plates as they lost them. It took weeks of calling to finally get ahold of someone who would actually help me instead of taking my name just to never call back. When buying it, I watched another employee berade the salesman I was dealing with at that time to go do something else as I was in the middle of purchasing. Months later, I was backed into by another driver, and as I took it in to get repaired, it was promptly written off because when the bumper was removed, the underside of it was so beyond rusted they couldn’t even put a new bumper on. It should have NEVER had an inspection sticker on it as the rust was NOT 7 months worth. Now I’m out a car because Rally Motors Chrysler sold me one that should have never been on the road in the first place.

Here is what a brand-new clean and detailed" Jeep Wrangler looks like from Rallye. Save yourself and go to Moncton Chrysler. They didn't make it right the 2nd time they cleaned it either - this is only the exterior. Windows were streaked and interior was full of dust. Look at the mud! Said this is normal because of the way the vehicle is made - WRONG! My Jeep is spotless after I clean it.... I'm not a professional and I did a better job with the $3 sprayer at the car wash."

I bought my first car in Canada. Oles advised me. He is very qualified, polite and understands his business. Everything went at the highest level. I RECOMMEND

Very worst experience with the dealer. Went there twice to look at a used car and both the times they said it is already sold. Called them before I started and they said it is available and within few minutes after reaching, they said it is booked and shows some other cars...

This review is for the amazing service department at the main St. location. As a person who doesn't have much vehicle knowledge, the service team goes above and beyond to explain service/maintenance requirements in a friendly, informative and patient way. They are punctual and always get the job done! Excellent place to service your vehicle with reasonable prices. Keep doing what you're doing!

Just looking and reading some reviews and wondering...why is it that Rallye Motors Chrysler only replies back to only positive customer postings.I would think that the negative reviews are much more important to take care of, if a company want to obtain a healthy clientèle that will come back over and over.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in March of 2021. We got winter tires on rims with the deal. This winter when we swapped the tires and discovered after spending $100 to have the car looked at by a licensed shop in our area, that rims had a bend and that’s what’s causing the vehicle to shake on the highway. We contacted the dealership and we’re told we would have to bring the car in to be looked at. We are a young family that lives 2 hours away, so it’s not easy for us to bring the car in. We spoke to multiple people and feel like we are being unheard. Considering this is our first winter with the car and we shouldn’t have been given bent rims in the first place, it’s extremely frustrating to have to waste so much of our time and gas to have the car looked at. Really a lose lose situation for us. Think twice about where you purchase a vehicle especially if you want to feel like you matter to them after the deal is done.I have the car at the dealership today. We’ll see if todays service changes how we feel. As of right now, if I could give 0 stars I would.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a car dealership. Josh was really good in assisting me with the test drives and provided detailed information making it much easier to get my Ford Fusion hybrid. The store closes at 6pm but they opened up till 8pm just so that I could get my new car.Thank you Rallye motors and Josh for my 1st car in Canada and making it a great experience.

So, first of all, my salesman was Oles. He is literally the car sale legend. I got a better deal than I could’ve expected and he saved me A BUNCH of money. I’ve experienced no pressure and absolute understanding of my needs. The car I got, has absolutely everything I need in it. If you need some great service provided with a great car - Oles is the guy. It’ll never compare with my previous dealership experiences. Thank you Oles! I’m hoping to make more business with you in the future.

The buying process was super smooth, most of the transaction was done over text and email as I don’t live in Moncton. The staff is really friendly and make you feel comfortable. Definitely a great place to purchase your next vehicle. They are very knowledgeable.
