OK Tire

Brought my tire in for a patch and asked if they could also change it for me when done. Took less than 48 hours and they were able to change it for be even during the busy day!

Do yourself a favor and stay away! This was by far the worst customer experience I have had in as long as I can remember. I went for 4 new tires and some front end work. After only a couple of months the tires already had a very bad wear pattern. I went back and the counter guy Jordan said there was obviously a problem with the truck before even looking to see what the problem was. Long story short, the tires were incorrectly balanced which caused the wear. While pulling the truck into the shop to check, the employee driving hit the building with my truck doing damage to the fender flair. The following week I went back to get replacement tires and for them to fix the damage from hitting the building. instead of replacing all 4 fender flairs so they looked the same, they only replaced one. It now looks different from the others. Turns out the counter guy Jordan kept the rest for himself and put them on his own truck! New tires were installed and an alignment done. After leaving the shop my truck pulled to the right and had a vibration at hwy speed. Again I was told there must be something wrong with my truck. After 5 hours in the shop for what I was told was a 45 minute appointment I left without the problems being fixed. I ended up having to go the the Dodge dealership and pay out of my own pocket for the work, they fixed everything in about an hour. Turns out the tires were not balanced properly again and the alignment was off!Tried to deal with the shop owner and the provincial territory manager to resolve things with no success at all. The owner was worse than the counter person Jordan and after the first conversation the area manager no longer answers his phone.Worst tire shop in the city by far and OK tire does not care about customers who have bad experiences. they just want you to go away. The owner told me don't come back to our shop

Have used this shop for tire replacement a few times now and always good service and prices. Recently I blew a tire and brought it in to have repaired and even though they were super busy got it done for me right away. Even though they didn’t have to they told me to come back closer to closing when they weren’t as busy and they would put it back on for me (swap out with spare) and not charge me. Highly recommend these guys for honest fair priced service.

Hands down the best tire shop in town been using them for 22 years. The owner and all his staff are top notch and know their stuff. Dean, Skylar, Randy, and Jordan are a great team. They exemplify integrity with honest and friendly and prompt service. I have sent all my family and friends here several times and no complaints!! Awesome and careful attention to detail. I have 4 vehicles including a 4 x 4 and a high performance vehicle. The folks at OK Tire in Crowfoot are the best. I have been going to this shop for many years and have never had a problem. There was one time a small error was made and they immediately accepted responsibility, fixed the problem and apologized. That spoke volumes about their integrity. I purchase all my tires there. Randy knows his stuff! The mechanic is great and explains what the trouble is. As soon as a vehicle is off warranty, OK Tire Crowfoot is my go to place. They do not oversell, fix things that are not broken and they are on time with repairs and appointments as much as that type of business will allow. I highly recommend this shop! They truly are honest!

During tire switchover rush these guys were able to fit me in for a flat repair when I was very far from home. Everywhere I went prior to here told me to leave the tire and pick it up the next day. But these guys had me in and out in 45 minutes. Unreal service. Very thankful for them. I will go out of my way to return here for my automotive needs.

Was over quoted for a wheel alignment from a dealership. So I called this place up and they were able to get me in quickly and $50 cheaper than what the dealership was charging. They were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend everyone come here I’ve been coming here for years.
