Barrington Place Apartments

Living here from last 1 year, good location. The management is really helpful and nice. Very clean and safe environment.

Good place to stay since the construction is over its a safe building and underground parking is blessing for crazy winters we have. The manager is a nice lady and who listens not unlike past managers. Close to river and bus stops and in general good neighborhood.

At a very good location just right behind the city hospital. Has a nice heated underground parking structure for those cold Saskatchewan months. Now that the construction is over the building looks much better with the view overlooking the city.

Probably the worst building management on planet earth! Not only will they not do anything for you, they will make no effort to make any repairs. Even if you request it multiple times. There was a fire in June of 2022 and they still have not even attempted to repair it. When you complain they will make an effort to do even less for you and blame you for not requesting ir on their app. Even though it wasnt your fault there was a fire. While also increasing your rent far more that the building is worth. I would recommend everyone to avoid this building as a living option entirely. For a 1 bedroom expect an increase of almost $300 dollars even without the bottoms of walls and no carpets. Parts of the ceilings are also missing. Who would have thought that colliers a massive company would be so terrible? As a tenant you will have to wait on their insurance to come through for them to keep making efforts not to do anything, but increase your rent. No security either so you can expect a plethora of people who don't live in the building to vamp out in the entrance or pass out in the front.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. My unit was on second floor on top of the entrance. It was noisy most of the time. The building is not clean. Not a safe place to stay. Also, it was freaking cold in winter and their excuse was because the hot water comes from 11th floor, it gets cold the time it gets to second floor!

Barrington place is okay place to live temporarily. It is quiet most of time, just make sure you don't have anything comes up that need to deal with the building manager. She is the laziest, most ingrate, pain in the ass I have never seen. She will lie in your face and totally ignore your complaint and maintenance submission, pretend she never seen it if you don't call and ask. If she spare 20% of the time she spend on coloring her hair, she wouldn't have be so terrible at what she does as a building manager. Also, if you are not a pets people, don't consider this place. Although it will say this is a no pets building on your agreement, some people do have pets (dogs, cats, most recently, I've seen birds) in their suite.

Worst place to rent from, save your money and go elsewhere. Bed bugs!

Absolute WORST experience of my life. They underwent construction just weeks after I signed my year lease and moved in in September of 2017 and they are STILL jackhammering 6 days a week starting at 8 am. When speaking with landlords regarding this issue, and MANY others, they were instantly defensive and wouldn't listen to possible solutions to our being upset. PERCENTAGE OF RENT SHOULD BE GIVEN BACK TO ALL TENANTS SUBJECTED TO THIS NIGHTMARE. Construction to be continued into next fall.
