Nina Mendes Avila is incredible. She's such an amazing teacher and Reiki Master. I learned so much from her. Her patience, energy and calmness is contagious. Highly recommend this course for any one looking into reiki or energy healing.

After wanting to try Reiki for many years, I am so glad that I finally did! Nina was absolutely incredible, and I immediately felt comfortable in her presence. During our sessions, I was in such a calm and relaxed state that I had no concept of time - 30 minutes felt like 5 minutes. For anyone considering Reiki healing, I highly recommend Nina!

Completed my Level 1 - Shoden Reiki training with Nina. It was such a beautiful, informative, and hands on experience. Nina is a wonderful teacher and I am looking forward to Level 2 - Okuden. I feel very grateful to be learning from and to be guided by Nina on my Reiki journey.
