Had suki assign to our file, very condecendent and disrespectful. She never returned calls, had to leave 3 to 4 voicemails to hear back. She was absolutely ignorant of what she was assign us for and did not even try to know better. She was always in a hurry trying to get read of us.

When reading the comments I really don't know why people are so negative. Grow up people. Things happen and people have no control SUKI was so very helpful in all that she did in assisting us and took things to another level. She was very vested in mum's application (which was a year old) in trying to get her here for my daughters wedding.God bless you Suki. I now know whom to vote for... Thanks Carla for taking my call a few months ago.

I really don’t think I have the words to say just how grateful I am to the office of Carla Qualtrough and especially Suki. I had no idea that you could reach out and ask for assistance and when I did Suki worked tirelessly to help me with a passport issue. She made my family and I feel extremely important and I felt like she was personally invested in helping us.
