Friend bought furniture from here they make wonderful coffee tables

236 $ a technician came in last week for squeaking noise. He determined that it's the metal latches and nothing broken . Got his spray and started spraying with with almost empty bottle after couple of tries and flipping the couch , I had to help him cause he came alone and cant flip couch .noize was reduced but still heard.he closed the work order with 236 $ . I emailed and called about it . And no responseDo not even think of calling them .

The pricing is terrible. If you can go somewhere else please do. I needed a switch replaced, it took 1 hour, got charged $85 service call and $125 for labor. $210 for 1 hour of work. Unbelievable!

Phoned them to come fix my leather recliner got charged 85.00 for MIKE to show up to look at it and when he got here said there was nothing wrong with my chair and also got charged 110 for him supposedly fixing my chair and it was fixed for a few hours MIKE bent the bars underneath the chair back to straight and said it was fixed . I wasn’t home when MIKE supposedly fixed it because I was at work my oldest daughter was home and I asked her if it was fixed and she said it was but I know she didn’t watch him fix it I took MIKES word for it and I thought it was fixed so I sent the payment 210.00 thru my credit card over the phone and when I got home I sat on it , it felt good and it seemed like it was fixed until I sat on it and reclined on it a few times it was worse than it was before BUYER BEWARE I GOT RIPPED OFF no reply to my texts and no comment from him. Easy 210.00 he made for 30 minutes of work and showing up

We are extemely happry with the work that Furniture Medic Edmonton did for us! Our 1.5 year old Pottery Barn couch frame fractured and the springs became detached. The seats were sinking. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The work was finished in a timely matter (we were warned would be a couple of weeks). The couch feels even better than it did when we bought it!

We had a piece of sectional frame break the tech repaired it back to normal actually better that the manufacture had made it. It was great the tech comes to your home and fixes it on the spot. I was able to place this piece into heated garage for tech to repair. I was a bit hesitant on if it was going to be repaired correctly but it was done right. they were Covid aware and used masks as well. until next time

Our movers sent these guys to clean our furniture that had gotten dirty/damaged during our move. We were not impressed. They did not clean any of the furniture very well and I repeatedly had to point spots where he missed cleaning on all the furniture. The next day you can still see all the spots he missed and even a color difference between the clean area and dirty. I feel like it made no difference at all and that I could of don’t a better job. I will have to do it over myself.

Made an appointment over a month out to bring in our dining room table for repair. Borrowed an SUV and brought the table in at 7:30am on Oct. 5th only to be told by Steve that they were extremely overbooked and couldn't look at our table for probably 5 weeks. The fellow who makes the bookings, Doug, isn't the one who does the work and Steve mentioned that he didn't know why Doug was booking in so many jobs as they were so behind. We took our table back, thankfully didn't spend the extra $$$'s on their moving service or we would have been without our table for 6 weeks. Emailed Doug about what had happened, but have still heard nothing back. I can't speak to their experience on refinishing tables, but their booking process is abysmal.

We had a teak kitchen chair repaired at Furniture Medic of Edmonton. They could not have done a better job for us. From making sure that the structural repairs were done right to finding a perfect match for the material that had to be replaced they did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend them.
