I rented scaffold, I added a air nailer but they forgot to add it onto my rental agreement, I was told he'd do it later and to not worry about it... 10 days later I returned it only to find out it was 30.00 a day, I offered to purchase the 400.00 nailer and was told it would be on top of my 276.00 rental fee. Had he done the agreement instead of telling me he'd do it later, if he had told me it was 30.00 a day, I would have BOUGHT the nailer. Unethical at best. I am affiliated with loads on contractors and trades... better hope they don't ask me my opinion.

Recently rented a mini excavator. Very impressed with customer service and the delivery of the equipment. I had previously rented equipment from Cambridge Equipment Rental (bad overcharged experience). I highly recommend Valley Power Products.
