Great service and knowledgeable staff !

I had an amazing experience working with Andrea!! I called and emailed many wall paper suppliers in Calgary and almost no one got back to me or if they did they were not helpful in the slightest. Andrea called me the same day I emailed her with my inquiry and she stayed on the phone with me and walked me through all of the different suppliers they carry. She was fun and super friendly during the whole experience! Once I described what I was looking for with her she helped me find exactly what I had in mind right away! The prices were reasonable and the wall paper got shipped out to their warehouse in Calgary in a short time frame as well! I was able to pick it up myself from their location too. Andrea reached out to me a few times over the phone and email over the course of the makeover I was doing on the business I work at, I appreciate her attention to detail and her customer service skills! The only feedback I would give is that they don't take returns on unopened wallpaper, we had ordered too many rolls and have a ton left over and I was not able to bring it back to their warehouse to get it sent back and get refunded for it, which was disappointing considering it had never even been opened. Other then that, my whole experience with Andrea was absolutely amazing and I would recommend working with her to anyone who is planning on doing a wall makeover!
