Superior Doors is one our favourite home Service providers. Polite, knowledgeable, and they charge fairly. I do not hesitate to recommend them for your garage door needs.

During a power failure brought on by the recent ice storm, we discovered the manual release for our condo's common garage door wasn't working and no one was able to leave the building. I called Superior Doors in the morning and 30 minutes later I got a call from a technician, Johnny. He was on site within 20 minutes and showed me what we were doing wrong. Super awesome guy. Was so happy to be able to get out of the house and charge our phones and grab some food. Superior Doors to the rescue!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO FOLLOW UP.Contacted them on Nov 3 to get a quote. Johny calls to get some details and asks for measurements. Called him back but he was busy so I left a voicemail with the measurements. No call back so I reach out after 2 days. He finally picks up and says he'll need to come by to measure the garage door himself and that he'll call before coming. Also he says that we need to make up our minds ASAP because his supplier is busy and he won't be able to replace the door this year if we don't give him the okay by Nov 11. No news so I call him on Nov 9. He says he was busy but he'll come soon. He comes to take the measurements on Nov 10 and gave a pamphlet to my wife to decide on pattern and colour. He calls back on Nov 11 to ask if we've decided on the colour and pattern so my wife tells him what we want. He tells her that he will contact me with a quote. No news AGAIN for 2 days so I call to follow up and he tells me that he won't be able to do the job for this year because my wife didn't decide on the pattern and colour. LIES. She sent him a text message with the style we want. The whole experience was terrible and Johny is a plain liar. STAY AWAY.Reply to owner:It's not even about lack of employees, it's basic courtesy to not lie. I understand that everyone is affected by the lack of staff but you should not promise things you cannot deliver nor blame the customer for your incompetence. And please don't be sarcastic by apologizing for not being perfect as we both know that you just don't care about giving good customer service since there is too much demand.

Great job and good price, very happy with the professional service, from sales to completed installation. The Best in the business.
