ION2 progression suspension

I was impressed by the ION2 team for both their technical expertise and customer service. Same day turn-around on my Fox X2 shock and F36 fork, both feel better than new and I appreciated the additional advice on troubleshooting suspension issues!Update: I continue to recieve great service from the ION2 team, as you can't beat being able to talk to the people that actually do the work on your suspension. They also go great sales on new parts and everything suspension, with a very personalized approach to ensure you are happy. A great team providing a valuable service to both locals in the kootenays and us that are in more remote locations.

Just upgraded the suspension front and back on my Specialized Turbo Levo. Put a full DVO suspension Diamond up front and Topaz out back. Finished my inaugural ride - big pedal up and charge down. Fantastic. ION2 recommended an excellent suspension and set it up primo! Thanks Jon.

Great place, great people! I literally went in with a broken chain when every other bike shop was closed and the guy fixed it up even though they don't offer that service. Overall 5 stars service.

Ion2 is the best suspension service company I've used to date. As founder of the Canadian Enduro Series I've visited many shops across Canada and the world. Ion2 is a full service shop. The standouts for me are definitely the high level of customer service, the fast turn-around times and of course, their knowledge. Don't let the idea of shipping your shock scare you, it's way better than the service you'll receive at your local shop!

best customer service. super easy and fast. I sent them my sleds front suspension on a monday and got it back on friday. they put in heavier oil and new seals, feels literally better than new and even got a box of smarties in my packaging. Awesome shop. nice work guys.

Attended the MTB suspension clinic at ION2. It was amazing! The team was super insightful and helpful. If you get a chance to attend it’s worth it.I would highly recommend the team for your MTB suspension needs.

I can always count on Ion to fix and service my suspension to the highest possible standard, they are the absolute best. Weather I booked an appointment or came in with a broken shock before a big bike trip they were always able to get me in and out within the day to get me back on my bike as soon as possible. Their work is incredible and my suspension has never felt better!! Highly recommend!

Unbeatable customer service and knowledge second to none.Suspension can be very subjective and an incredibly detailed topic where experience cannot be substituted.After dozens of hours reading articles and watching videos I thought I had almost made my final decision but still had a little analysis paralysis so I filled out a contact form to ask an ETA on my likely purchase.Mylene called me inquiring about my needs rather than just selling me a shock and I spent over an hour on the phone on two occasions talking with her and finally John to finalize my choices. They listened to all my concerns and answered tons of questions saving me from what would have likely ended up being a bad purchase, and didn’t upsell me on anything.By the time I finally made my call they dialed in all my settings and unbelievably shipped my order the same day.Going forward they will always be my first call. Cannot say enough good things about them.
